Join our TCM food therapist Zoey, fresh from her foraging tour in Yunnan—China’s mushroom capital—for a unique culinary experience. Learn to cook with 8+ medicinal mushrooms she brought back, each selected for its healing properties.

Menu:

  • Appetizer: Treasure-Stuffed Fungi

  • Delicate Morel and Bamboo Fungus stuffed with an aromatic shrimp paste. Learn how these mushrooms, known for their lung-supporting and immune-modulating properties, create a dish that is as elegant as it is healing.

  • Salad: Earth & Vitality Salad
A vibrant, crunchy salad featuring rejuvenating Cordyceps, circulatory-supporting Wood Ear, and fresh Celtuce. This dish is a masterclass in creating texture and balance while infusing every bite with energy-boosting benefits.

  • Main: Forager's Fried Multi-Grain Rice
A hearty and aromatic fried rice made with nutrient-rich multi-grains and studded with fragrant Matsutake (celebrated for its Qi-regulating qualities), savory Shiitake (for Wei Qi and immunity), and prized Jizong (a Yunnan wild “chicken” mushroom known for its digestive support and unbelievable flavors).

  • Dessert: Sweet Herbal Snow Fungus Soup
A delicate, shimmering dessert soup featuring beautiful Snow Fungus (Tremella), the "plant-based bird's nest," revered in TCM for moisturizing the lungs, nourishing the skin, and combating dryness. Gently sweetened with herbs and dates for a soothing end to the feast.
