How can I pay a visit?

We currently only open during our events, classes, consultations, and treatment bookings. If you want to request a private visit, event, or class, please email us and we will try our best to accomodate you. We are in the process of offering regular opening hours. Thank you for your patience.

What is your address?

We are located next to the iapm mall in Shanghai. Detailed direction will be sent to you upon booking.

What if I have an allergy? Can I still attend your classes?

We are usually quite accomodating when it comes to food allergies. Please email us at least 2 days before your visit. We also have 2 studio cats. They are both short-hair cats (Devon Rex and Bengal). If you are allergic to cats, please inform us at least 1 day before and we will make sure to clean out studio and keep them elsewhere during your visit.

Do you ship to me? How much is shipping? What about tariffs?

We ship worldwide with very few exceptions (ex. war zones, etc.). Our flat rate shipping is $25 USD per order. We ship free when your order exceeds $350 USD. We use a carrier that helps us navigate tariffs, so you should not need to worry about extra fees. If extra fees occur, please contact us. We are here to help.

We ship everything from China. It may take 7-15 days (occasionally 21 days) for your order to arrive. Thank you for your patience.
