We offer two levels of service based on your preference and budget.
You will be guided through an efficient 1.5-hour experience that includes：
✓ pre-visit communication to understand your needs, so that we can choose the most suitable doctor for you
✓ a visit to a senior-level (or above) TCM doctor at a renowned hospital with our staff. You are responsible for the doctor’s fee, typically $20-75USD for a medium to high level doctor.
✓ professional translator and guide during your consultation, who will also help you with ordering / receiving your herbal medication and treatments. You are responsible for paying for your herbs and treatments.
✓ post-treatment follow-up online
You will be guided through a seamless 3-hour experience that includes：
✓ pre-visit communication to understand your needs, so that we can choose the most suitable doctor for you.
✓ a visit to a senior-level (or above) TCM doctor at a renowned hospital with our staff. We cover the doctor consultation fee for you.
✓ round-trip transportation (from central Shanghai to the hospital, then to our studio) included
✓ professional translator and guide during your consultation, who will also help you with ordering / receiving your herbal medication and treatments. You are responsible for paying for your herbs and treatments.
✓ a post-visit debrief and summary of your condition over healing tea at Silver Root Apothecary
